This year’s summer fitness sessions are taking on a slight change.

Sessions will run on a Monday evening, 20:00-21:00, and will be broken into two parts.

From 20:00, the session lead will run a 25 minute high intensity interval training session, targeting major muscle groups, burning it to firm it, whilst also pushing your cardio fitness.

From 20:30, we will then go into small 5-a-side games, working on cardio and match fitness, whilst also getting players to consider match play tactics and decision making.

The sessions will run over 14 weeks from the 16th April to 16th July, and will be charged at £3.00 per session. Non-members are welcome to join in and can pay in cash to the session lead.
