- What Success Looks Like – The Importance of Culture and Creating “the way we do things” – Club – Team – Individual (mission statement & core values)
- Volunteers –attracting offers of help to fill key roles for next year plus how do we attract, retain and motivate our volunteers
- Performance management – a chance to appraise our coaching and performance support in addition to deciding our performance aspirations for the future
- Pitch – an update on progress made so far and chance to have a say in the new pitch decision
