The 2016/17 training times have been confirmed for a Septmeber start and some changes are afoot.

Junior training times are adjusting slightly, due to the level of interest we have at the club. The revised training times can be found below. These changes will incorporate a dedicate 15 minute warm-up period at the start of the session, led on pitch by a coach, followed by 45 minutes of high-impact hockey coaching.

Junior Training Times – Monday (school term only)

Begins Monday 12th September 2016

Sprogs:  5.30-6.00pm

Beginner:  5.45-6.45pm

Improver:  6.30-7.30

Intermediate:  7.30-8.30pm

Transition:  7.30-8.30pm

Ladies Training – Tuesday 

Begins Tuesday 6th September 2016

All abilities: 8.00-9.30pm

Please note: During Septmeber, training will begin 30 minutes earlier and run 7.30-9.30pm, allowing more time to work on basic skills and techniques. 

Men’s Training – Wednesday

Begins Wednesday 7th September 2016

All abilities: 7.30-9.30pm
