A guide to setting up your Direct Debit

This year we are removing all cash and cheque transactions, and all payments will be taken by direct debit using the GoCardless system on our website.

This may seem like a complicated process, so below we have created a ‘Step by Step’ guide on how to set up your direct debit.

1. Log onto your SIHC account (or your childs)

2. On the top right of the screen, click ‘My Account

3. On the next screen, click ‘Edit Settings‘ under Account Settings

4. On the next screen, click ‘Set up Direct Debit

5. Input the bill payers information, account  number and sort code, and click ‘Continue

6. You will receive an email from GoCardless confirming your account has been set up.

7. Payments will be taken each month, up to the value of £50.00.

If you would prefer to pay your Annual Subs (only) in bulk payment, as you have 2+ family members to pay for, then a one off transaction can be arranged through a bank transfer. Please email [email protected] to arrange this proecss.

1. Click ‘Log In

2. Click ‘Reset my Password‘

  • Input your user name and click ‘Send Instruction

3. Forgotten your Username? Click ‘Get a Reminder

    t

  • Input Forename, Surname and the email associated to the account, click ‘Send Reminder‘ 

The above process can only be completed manually, the webmaster does not have access to personal login information.
