SIHC is a thriving hockey club drawing on players from all around the town and miles beyond. We currently run four teams in the Female leagues and five teams in the 'Open Leagues' spanning all ages and abilities as well as mixed teams.
We also run a very active junior section with ages starting from three years and numbering around one hundred and thirty future and very excellent adult players.
Hockey is a great game and SIHC prides itself in exemplifying all that is good in the game, through skill development, commitment, fair play and respect for all.
The club is supported by a committed and enthusiastic group of volunteers including umpires, coaches, captains and of course the management committee.
We now have a fabulous new pitch at One Leisure Outdoor Centre, St Ives - with new lighting and dugouts, perhaps one of the best playing surfaces in the county.
We are always delighted to accept new members, young and old, skilled or beginner.
If you are at all interested just make yourself known to someone on the committee or just turn up when we are playing (see our diary section) and we’ll soon get you on the pitch!
