St Ives 4s travelled to st Neots 2, expecting a tough encounter. With only 11 players, St Ives were able to hold out St Neots to 1-1 at half-time with a goal from young Jack Benham.

Unfortunately, the second half was a different affair. Tired legs and with space opening up in midfield, St Neots were able to get two quick successive goals. One goal was from the St Ives captain not retreating 5 yards, which lead to a short-corner and then a penalty flick. St Ives were able to get a goal back from Rob Brand but very quickly afterwards St Neots got another goal to finish 4-2 up.
