St Ives ladies 1s bag the 3 points with minutes to spare!!
St Ives started the game raring to go but some wayward passes meant that they struggled to find a goal and had to fight back to get possession. They regained composure towards the end of the half and there were some great passages of play but half time game and it was still 0-0.
They came out fighting in the second half and battled hard to try to find a goal. Some lapses of concentration meant Bourne Deeping could counter attack but the St Ives back line were solid. Captain Jules Griffiths eventually broke the deadlock with only a few minutes left of the game. St Ives kept their heads and held onto the lead coming away with 3 points!
